At Better Health Medical Group, appointments are required. Every effort is made to accommodate your request to see specific staff members but we cannot guarantee that you will see the same provider for all treatments. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, so you are able to book the appointment time that you prefer. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy. We love having you as a patient but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to any one, for any reason.
For your first visit, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to you appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.
For all other appointments, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so you have plenty of time to relax and do any paperwork that may be required. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time so we are able to accommodate the next patient’s appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate but in some cases, rescheduling your appointment may be the best option for you. As a courtesy to our patients, we will call you one day prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment we urge you to call us back and let us know as soon as possible, as others may be waiting for your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Our desire is to be effective and fair to each of our clients, the following policies are honored:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hours to notify us of this cancelation. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo his or her appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged a $25.00 fee for their “missed” appointment. *See CancellationPolicy*
We accept all major credit cards, Care Credit™ and cash. Gift cards may be used toward any service or product offered at Better Health Medical Group. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please note that gift cards may not be returned or exchanged.
Prices and Promotions
We try to make Better Health as affordable as possible, and although we try to keep our website and menu of services as updated as possible, please note that prices, services and products are subject to change at any without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined.
Product Return Policy
We hope that you’ll love your new product, but if for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from either Better Health Medical Group location, please return the unused item with a dated receipt within 30 day of purchase and we will gladly return the item as a store credit, or exchange the item for another item of your choice. We cannot issue cash refunds. Unopened items returned after 30 days of purchase will be refunded store credit only. Here at Better Health, we understand that only after using an item you may find that the item does not work for you. Store credit or product exchange may be given for any opened product that is returned due to a reaction that the client has experienced while using that product. The client must consult with a technician prior to receiving a credit or exchange of that product.
Service Return Policy
All of our treatments and packages are non-refundable. Any unused services in your package will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on services even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome.
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Additionally, we ask that all gets silence their cell phones during each visit to our locations.
At Better Health Medical our main goal is for you to be happy with our service and love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosures, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you review and the risks and benefits associated with each of them.
