What are your hours of operation?

Monrovia Hours
Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Every other Sunday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

San Marino Hours
Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday – Sunday: Closed

What is your cancellation policy?

We respectfully request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the spa to let us know. If we do not receive a call, a $25 charge will be placed against your account.

When should I arrive for my appointment and what if I’m late for my appointment?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the required paperwork. If you are late for your appointment, you will limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next scheduled service will not be delayed and the full price of your service will be charged. If you are running more than 15 minutes late it is best to call and reschedule your appointment.

Is there anything I should do prior to my appointments?

Facial Laser Treatments

  • Limit your sun exposure and avoid tanning beds 2 weeks prior
  • Avoid using products with the following ingredients 4-5 days prior
    • Glycolic
    • Retinol
    • Hydroquinone
    • Topical Steroid Creams

Laser Hair Removal

  • Avoid the following 2-3 weeks prior to initial appointments
    • Waxing
    • Plucking
  • Shaving is recommended the day prior to Laser Hair Removal service

Chemical Peels

  • Typically 3-4 days after your chemical peel, you will experience light flaking for approximately 2 days.
  • Do not peel off flaking skin to avoid pigmentation
  • Avoid using products with the following ingredients 1-2 weeks prior
    • Retinol
    • AHA
    • BHA
    • Benzoyl Peroxide
  • Avoid these services prior to your chemical peel treatment
    • Electrolysis (2 weeks prior)
    • Waxing (2 weeks prior)
    • Laser hair removal (2 weeks prior)
    • Laser IPL (2 weeks prior)
    • Botox or fillers within 5 days as well as 5 days post treatment
  • Limit your sun exposure and avoid tanning beds 1 week prior
  • Post treatment care will be given at time of service

What type of Payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Giving a gift card is simple, and since you choose the denomination, they are right for any budget. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Will my insurance cover my treatment?

Some PPO and POS policies will pay for some of the treatments we provide (Chiropractic, Acne treatments, etc.). Please call prior to making your appointment to find out if your insurance has the appropriate coverage.
